*Rates are INCLUSIVE of utilities (electricity, water, cable, phone, & unlimited high-speed internet, condo dues,etc.)

*A US$100 NON-refundable booking fee must be settled to reserve the unit prior to arrival. The $100 becomes a security deposit& is refunded upon check-out provided thereis no damage to property. The FULL payment is due upon check-in & turn-over of keys.

*Cleaning service at $10, this includes replacing bed linens and towels.
