hello! We are 2 LA based + 1 Australian artists/creatives looking for a 3+ bedder (whole house sublet) available July 12-Aug 18 (can be mildly flexible). We are working running an art school for disadvantaged kids in Harlem and would love a place all together in Brooklyn preferably. Close to Subway ideal, can pay around $1,000 per room ($3,000 for the month if a 3 bedroom). We are all very homely and will be super caring of your belongings, house, cat/dog if needed.
