The Property

I have a cute large studio based in the westvillage/greenwich village a block away from washington square park...really doesn't get better then this in terms of location. West 4th is outside my door which connects to all the subways in nyc...The best bars and cafes, restaurant the city has to offer on my doorstep. 5 minute walk to soho, 10 minute walk to east village.

There is a large bedroom/studio alcove with a separated living area/kitchen...its top floor and you have access to your own roof top.

- separate alcove with dinning area for 4

- beautiful furniture
- bedsheets and towels supplied
- bath tub with great shower:)

don't waste your money on a crappy hotel when you can get this and make it your temporary home.

This apartment is available from the 21st of july to the 16th of august....if you take the full time of these dates we can negotiate the price...
