Our home is in a lovely beachside locale with lots to enjoy. We would like to swap with another family to holiday either in Australia or in Italy.

The Property

Our comfortable home is a short walk (under 10min) to the beach. We two balconies for outdoor dining. Our front balcony has beach glimpses and our back terrace is large and sunny. Our home has four spacious bedrooms combined lounge, dining, kitchen. An enclosed back garden is grassed and safe for children. It is a lovely place to relax and unwind after having walked to the beach.

The Neighbourhood

We are at North Curl Curl on Sydney's lovely Northern Beaches. We are a short walk to an excellent surf beach with a swimming pool and a patrolled swim area - very child-friendly. From our house you can walk to Dee Why beach (15min) whith many outdoor cafes to enjoy. We are a short walk (5 min) to a large park with play equipment, a pond with ducks - and a lovely cycle path around the park. We are 15 min drive to Manly with all it has to offer - art galleries, boutique shopping, cafes, arthouse movies and pubs with live music. From Manly there is a wonderful scenic ferry ride to the city. From our door there are many excellent walks - along the escarpment from Curl Curl to Dee Why and then to Long Reef - a marine park with excellent rock pools and swimming in calm water of Collary Basin. One of my favourite walks is along Curl Curl beach from North to South to either have a swim at the pool or enjoy a capuccino at the beachfront cafe. We have a bus stop nearby with buses to Manly and the City. This is a great place to be active and enjoy the beaches, Manly and Sydney or to relax with quiet walks, dining, movies and reading.
