27 year old nanny/artist looking for a room downtown for the month of april. i am truly neat & considerate, low-maintenance, no drama, completely quiet & almost never home. i just need a place to sleep and keep my few belongings. i am quite busy w/ my job, friends & mentoring. i spend most of my "free time" @ my art studio in union square. i don't watch tv, i mostly shower @ the gym, sometimes sleep in my art studio & i don't need to cook in the apt. or have company. i'll basically completely stay out of your way in exchange for cheap rent. currently, i rent a windowless room on the l.e.s. in a cluttered, smoky apt. w/ a cat in heat whose howling regularly wakes me up in the middle of the night. the location & rent are amazing ($500) & i probably shouldn't complain, but being eternally optimistic i just thought i'd peek my head out to see if i can find something a bit more comfortable. i have a stable job, but i need to spend my $ on my creative ventures rather than rent right now. i am mature, emotionally stable & super easy to get along with. i don't smoke, do drugs or get wasted ever. i can provide references from former roommates & my employer.
