What Is On Offer

Hello, I will be travelling from March 13 - 21, 2010 and would like to sublet my studio. The place has been renovated recentyl and in excellent condition. I am looking for someone very respectful and clean who would treat my home as if it is theirs. I love my studio and am sure that you will too. Walking distance to Union Square, Lower East Side, and the subway is couple of minutes away. I am asking for $100 per night, or $700 for the entire week, Saturday through Sunday. It is ideal for a couple or singles. I am including clean sheets, towels and all the necessary kitched utencils and basics for cooking. No loud music, partying and please no smoking, there is a balcony, so you can smoke out there. Free wireless internet.

This is newly renovated, completely, independant studio.
There is one open space, on one end there is a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and on the other end there is a little balcony looking out in the city.
Top floor, so no one would be waking you up in the middle of the night from up above.
Dark hardwood floors.
Queen size bed.
White marble bedroom with shower only.

The Neighbourhood

East Village is one of the most hip and interesting neihborhoods in the city, tons of restaurants and stores, yet my street is very quiet.
Close to the L train, 4 short blocks away or you can walk to all major subway lines in 10 mins, to Union Square.
