What Is On Offer

We’re looking for someone – or maybe a couple – to share our fantastic three-bedroom terrace house in sunny Surry Hills. (We’re only letting out one of the rooms.) Somebody nice please. And a non-smoker. $280 per week.

The Property

It's a big three bedroom terrace house. You'll have a huge bedroom with tons of storage space, and you'll share our living area, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, which has a shower and a bath.

You'll see that the bedroom is unfurnished in the pictures. That's because we've not been here very long ourselves, but don't worry, we don't expect you to bring a bed, we'll put a nice comfy double in there for you.

The Neighbourhood

We're right smack bang in the middle of all that's going on in Surry Hills. Just moments from bustling Crown Street with its eclectic range of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars. And our local pub does $5 steaks, which we think is pretty much a deal clincher.

Central train station is about 5 minutes walk away, and it’s only a short bus ride to either the beach or the city centre.
