Responsible single or couple needing a nightly or weekly, monthly rental in Manhattan. I am a professor and artist and travel alot. I am gone during weekdays and can offer week nights for $100/night or $500 weekly rate, all bills and Wifi included. Close to F 4,5,6 and L trains, close to SOHO, West Village, NYU, LES- close to everything!!! Great Neighborhood!
The Property
Gorgeous small, studio apartment. Great light. Has one bathroom (only thing weird about the apartment is its tenement style- there is no sink in the bathroom, you have to use the kitchen sink for everything.- Shower and bathroom are separate.) But the apartment does have private bathroom, and shower room, large studio room, large kitchen, bed, office room. Great apartment. Wifi and all bills included. Second floor walk up!
The Neighbourhood
Great area- close to all shopping, resturants, grocery stores, heart of the East Village- close to soho, west village, lower eastside, close to everything!!!!
