Duplex loft that could comfortably fit up to 3 people in travel mode or a couple. The second floor is a dedicated bedroom. The downstairs has a kitchen, living area with sectional couch, in unit laundry, fireplace, balcony that overlooks the beautiful Chicago skyline perfectly as well as a treadmill so you can get a run in.
Most things are provided. I just ask that you please take care of my place. Pets are not allowed unfortunately. Smoking is cool so long as its on the balcony.
There is parking for additional cost.
Very close to everything.
The Neighbourhood
My neighborhood is right in between Chinatown and South Loop. A bit of a no mans land. Industrial might be one way to describe it. It is very safe. Many women live alone in my building. There are never any problems. Definitely no Starbucks downstairs though :) You have to go about 5 minutes by bike for all of that. Or take the train downtown. About 15 minutes walking included.
