What Is On Offer

Hi there, I'm looking to sublet my apt for the month of October, though I would like to meet and give keys before Sept 29th, when my flight leaves. It's $1050 for the month, or $300/week. Looking for a single person, professional and relatively quiet. This building is a pretty quiet one. You rarely hear anyone! Thanks for looking!

The Property

Perfect for one person, my apt is like a studio space with a separate dining alcove, kitchen and bathroom. I'm somewhat of a minimalist, so there is plenty of room for you in the main room.

The only catch is that I sleep on a Korean style mat on the floor, but for most this may be too hard. If so I can convert my black sofa into a bed, laying the mat on top, which makes a fine bed.

The apt is in a small vintage brick 3 level building (no elevator), all units are corner units. My apt is on the top floor, so you don't hear anybody above you!

Hardwood floors throughout, huge windows overlooking the Puget Sound. I still have my AC installed in the window if you should need it, though i doubt it! Coin laundry is in the basement. Wireless internet is included.

The Neighbourhood

Apt is only 3 blocks away from the Alaska Junction, the hub of West Seattle with shops, restaurants, coffeshops (best is Uptown Espresso), bakeries etc...The heart of West Seattle. 2 blocks from grocery and coffee.

You can easily hop on the 54 bus half a block away and be downtown in 20 minutes.
