If you are looking for a unique place to stay in Chicago, we have a small furnished guest bedroom with a lofted bed available for sublet in our space. Roommates are responsible adults who are freelance in photo/theatre/film/events with varying schedules and two cats. Household is calm but with an occasional dinner party, a visiting artist or a photo shoot. We have a huge appreciation of food and delight in our large kitchen ....

Truly lovely old school artists loft built out by set designer with found wood and windows, on the top floor with amazing south west facing light, 4500 sq ft with large workshop and open flexible space, fully furnished with a huge kitchen, one bathroom with a shower and separate clawfoot tub, 4 bedrooms plus the guest room, extra storage room, and an in unit laundry room.
Rent is $40 per night and $200 per week.
The Neighbourhood
The building is a historically landmarked car dealership located in the south loop, consists of 8 spaces including photo studios and a recording studio, we have a shared loading dock with indoor motorcycle parking and a brand new elevator. Easy street parking and close to downtown, Chinatown, Pilsen, I55 and Lakeshore drive. Michigan Avenue bus stops right in front and we are 4 blocks from the red line train.
